Healthy Plymouth’s nutrition mission is to “promote and sustain a community infrastructure that provides access to healthy, affordable foods and beverages for all who live and work in Plymouth through collaborative community initiatives.” In short, we want to “make the healthy choice the easy choice.” A few of the strategies in place supporting this mission include community-based nutrition education, the Healthy Market Program, and the Small Changes healthy dining initiative.
