Healthy Plymouth - Nutrition wants to help you improve your nutritional health. We are working together, with the Town of Plymouth and BID Plymouth, to develop nutrition guidelines and programs with the school system and local stores to promote healthier food and beverage choices.

We invite you to browse the recipes that we've collected on this site. While our recipes call for fresh vegetables, there is no reason why you shouldn’t consider substituting frozen or canned when necessary. Please consider choosing locally grown vegetables whenever possible.

We also recommend the recipes posted by the UMass Extension Nutrition Education Program, another partner in Helping Massachusetts Families Grow Healthier.
