Healthy Plymouth Opportunities Program

Employers - Post Jobs           Students - Search Jobs

Entering its fourth year, the Healthy Plymouth Opportunities Program (HPOP) is focused on providing learning opportunities for middle school and high school students that live in Plymouth. Healthy Plymouth has come together to create a collaborative approach to helping our youth get involved in our community while gaining important skills by volunteering, interning, and, in some cases, by gaining employment that may shape their valuable future.

We invite you to search the list of organizations and the positions they have to offer to find the right opportunity for you!   Please check back regularly.

Working Papers Required: If you are 14-17 years old, visit Mass.gov Youth Employment to learn about the Youth Permit Process and to print a Work Permit Application. You will need to: have your employer fill out the Promise of Employment section, have your doctor sign the Physician's Certificate of Health, have your parent/guardian sign their portion, and then request a WORKING PERMIT from your school's Main Office before or after school, or during lunch.

Healthy Plymouth HPOP Career Fairs Match Students With Prospective Employees

Student Testimonial

"The HPOP Job Fair was very helpful. I never knew there were so many different jobs available for highschoolers. HPOP also gave me the information I needed to create a resume and apply for my first job. The job fair was very informative, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a job or even considering getting a job. Plus, I won a free Kindle just by going!" - Ashley Hale, high school junior
